Personal Stylist and Image Consultant Stephanie White Carter brings over 20 years of experience to Image Consulting Atlanta.  She will be sharing her experience and wisdom with the Women with Dynamic Purpose conference attendees on Friday, November 3rd.

After graduating Agnes Scott College and AIU with B.F.A. degrees in English and Fashion Design & Marketing, respectively, Stephanie decided she wanted to use fashion and style to empower women and men in a positive way. By working one-on-one with clients, teaching them how to strategically select clothing and hairstyles, offering grooming and makeup advice and giving lifestyle tips in order for them to find more success and greater happiness, she could have a lasting impact on their futures. Carter is a master at helping others decide what to wear, what not to wear, how to shop, and how to better stylize an existing wardrobe.

Stephanie’s expertise in image consulting, fashion design, brand strategizing and trend reporting has landed her in places like New York, Miami, L.A., Chicago, Hong Kong, Paris, and Shanghai; and she has had the opportunity to work with people like CNN’s Brooke Baldwin, Lucy Liu, Katy Perry, and Clark Howard along the way. She has been featured in the pages of Marie Claire, the LA Times, the AJC, Jezebel Magazine and Modern Bride; and her styling can be seen in First for Women magazine as well as the Piedmont Review. Carter also contributes to various other newspapers, online publications, and books and magazines such as Simply Buckhead, Atlanta WOMAN, Atlanta Business Chronicle, and Lincoln Road Magazine, upon request.

From dressing CNN anchors and celebrities to speaking at seminars for business executives and professionals, Stephanie’s passion for styling is infectious. Stephanie proudly proclaims, “Nothing is more gratifying than seeing a client gain happiness and self-confidence through proper image styling. After all, style is a form of self-promotion. Dress to impress and you’ll be taken seriously. Dress your best and you’ll feel great even when no one is watching.”

“Style is a form of self-promotion.”
